You cannot find this information at the official 'registry' of US short codes http://www.usshortcodes.com/. The Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association (CTIA) who authorized Neustar to operate the Common Short Code (CSC) Registry said that "Providing a "whois" directory of CSCs would violate our confidentiality agreements with individuals that lease common short codes."
