63411 was a short code used by author Meg Cabot and her publisher HarperCollins Publishers, Inc. That program has stopped though. Now, 63411 is the short code for Orbitz TLC mobile alerts. I texted 'help' and was told that support email is orbitz@sixteen30.com. I don't know if the short code changed hands or the licensee changed use.

I came across short code 60123 when researching www.startxt.com. I texted 'help' to 60123 and found it is a chat service. I called the toll free number in the message and found it is from 123Multimedia, but I can't find a website mentioning the US short code 60123.
